Once a Monsoon

Neihoikim Kipgen 2009 (New Delhi)

Once a Monsoon the clouds gather,
a meeting for the new decision of the weather.
They all gather their votes,
Will it be cold? People in coats?
Tossing out the winning forecast,
Weather reporters setting up the broadcast.
It's finally chosen! It's going to rain.
Once a Monsoon a new weather is gained
