No way to where you are



Sometimes I wonder if it could be different, if it was better could you have stayed.
The days seem longer, the nights are colder, I'd come visit if there was a way, but heaven is to far and there's no phone, no walkway to where you are no way to bring you home. Sometimes I wonder, if I did something wrong, but then I remember maybe God needed you to help sing his song. Everyday is a day I miss you, for everyone here you're gone too soon, but there's timing for everything I wish I could visit you, but heaven's too far and there's no phone, no walkway to where you are no way to bring you home.

About this poem

My son had passed away almost 10 years ago, this poem is about wanting visit him or talk to him and wishing I could bring him back.
