Mirthful love

Maryam Arshad 1997 (Faisalabad)

Cradling the love between the knots of thread
The hopes emerging as heavy tread
Gentle breeze creeping through calloused eyes
Tearing the cracks that filled her skies
The sunken soul dancing on stars
Of the sight...radiating from a far
The dust of air that dreams of tree
The cooing blossoms are flying free
Magic moon joying in lavender
The musky ocean skiing in the sea
Her daisies are willing to swim
She is better to dive at rim
The life has colored her in colorless greys
She became sun that melt the rays
Her Love is small yet being so enough
She is divine yet so earthly
Her story is mere love..... love that heals yet feels so mirthy

About this poem

Hope is the key to love. All the scars will be healed and the sunken soul will rise and shine. The day will come when hope will emerge bigger and your heart will be so full leaving only the scent of dancing daisies.
