Love.Peace.Passion.Time
AmericanThnkr 1983 (FL)
Love.Peace.Passion.Time.
They’ll try to take your time
Because that’s all we really got
“Did you read the headline
Of the daily drama plot?”
They’ll try to use your passion
Then box you behind glass
Where’s the call to action
When you’re sitting on your ass
They’ll try and show you peace
And Oh the War will rage
Because it will never cease
When the actors steal the stage
They’ll try to buy your Love
And create a relation to feel
But You’ll never know because
It’s hard to tell what’s real
Love, Peace, Passion, Time
It’s the root of what is sought
All of these I claim as mine
For these things cannot be bought
About this poem
