Hummingbird

As dew dries in
the mourn of spring
Hear a song free of word
In harmonic fluttering

Flower to flower
the nectar to inspect
Flutters, buzz
Invisible flyer
Less bird, more insect

Fail to catch this
treat to the eye
Pure majestic the one
Who hums its way by

About this poem

I wrote this poem because, while I was drifting to sleep, a prose from it marched into my mind and threatened to fortify if I didn't surrender it through my hand. Also, I love hummingbirds. :)
