Her (an Angel)

Shabana Al-Balushi

Free verse
And behind some walls, she was there
Like An Angel, she never appears
With sets of lovers
wanted to kill her
But dear she is an Angel and she will appear
holding her nation in her hands
She went far for us to let me stay in peace here
She is an Angel she will be there
soon or sooner, I will hold her hands
She is an Angel she will come back to stay here
