Healing

No healing process,
Slowly done to overcome the pain.
Is not that easy,
Of an accomplishment to achieve.

Only the ones,
Looking from a distance perceive...
That anyone appearing not to complain,
Continuously.
About enduring a suffering,
Of their felt aches and pains.
Yet done to express,
How blessed they feel.
Almost joyfully to do.
Could not with a smile still be healing.
If not whining to complain,
Everyday.
To keep themselves and others,
Reminded of it.

'How are you feeling?'

'Great.
And you?'

'I wish I could say that!'

'Don't let me stop you.
I keep telling myself,
Everyday.
I can if I wanted,
Feel so much better.
Than I did just hours ago.'

'That to me makes no sense.'

'And your time is not mine,
Trying to convince you...
What makes sense to me,
Will not make you feel...
Any better than you do to prove it.'
