The Passenger
He was moving forward without thinking about the past
He walked gaily on his path not knowing this happiness won't long last
Some moments later, ended the day's old happy part
When his feet started to shiver and he felt cold in his heart
The sky commenced to turn black and the trees began to die
Nothing seemed normal and he wanted to ask why
But no soul found around he found himself alone
Fear started to crawl on him when those red eyes near him shone
Those glaring crimson balls of death made him white with fear
He couldn't breathe properly and his eyes got filled with tear
He ordered them to reveal themselves but was greeted with a cry
He wanted to turn back but his lower limbs felt dry
Looking down to what's wrong he found his crus turned pale
He fell down the next moment for he had left no energy to sail
Wanting to weep and sob loudly he gave up on his life
For he thought it was over for him and pictured the image of his wife
He dropped as if dead but his poor red heart still pumped
Waking up in half senses he heard something large thumped
So loud was its noise it drove him as if near deaf
He couldn't hear a thing for like next two hours and wailed the world was ending as if
But his legs didn't feel the same as before as if someone had replaced them
He could walk again without stopping and didn't feel wearied out again
The whole bottle of wax around him still was the same as before
And still he could find no answers to anything and wasn't about this experience so sure
He decided not to go ahead fearing for his life
He scurried off back to where he came from and kissed his beautiful wife
The world didn't end as he anticipated it was doing but what was the whole experience then
He will never be able to forget that time he went through something this weird when
