Elegy
Sometimes it rains out there
Sometimes it rains inside me

Sometimes there is pain out there
Sometimes there is pain inside me

Sometimes happy, sometimes sad
One of them always reside in me

Happiness and sadness?
They always collide me

These are the feelings
That sometimes coincide me

My heart my brain
They never abide me

Sometimes it rains out there
Sometimes it rains inside me

About this poem

This poem is about the wars that we fight inside ourselves and with ourselves. The feelings, emotions and pain that we all feel but do not know to treat them or handle them. So this internal scenario of our feelings is what I have described by giving it the name of "Rain". This sad atmosphere can be best described by calling it a rain inside us.
