Churning emotions

Constant churning of emotions without a pause
Assault of images inside my brain
Powerless to stop, letting it run like a movie
Images after images running and strengthening my visual memory
Images of me lying next to you, on top of you, below you
Your ugly face closer to mine just before you start kissing
So vivid the image is, I almost feel your lips and taste your mouth
Images of you hovering over taking care not to crush small me
Where is the brain filter when I need one
Banking on my short term memory to forget
Because stage of acceptance is so far away
