Burning Desires Burnt In Ashes

A blooming flower,perched on hillock,
Dangling and dancing like a hammock.
Cheering by  days with glowing butterflies
And surrounded at night  with buzzing fireflies.

No pain in life too hard to endure,
Rotating seasons made remarkable fure.
True colours of nature sparkling on face,
With zinger and zest , ran every race.

Suddenly picked to a far end place,
A world opposite to silky glace.
My heart pounding a thousand times,
Is  being here my only crime?

No sky for flight, no branch to alight.
A gloomy room in desolation,
Left all alone in isolation,
Was this in my anticipation?

My heart brims with hope and ambition,
But only returns with faded expectation.
Burning Desires burnt in Ashes,
A lonely heart with deep gashes.
