A Moment In Peace

Robert Booker 1988 (Columbus Oh)

A moment in peace
A moment to grieve on those who has passed on before us
Sending an Angel down who In which will never ignore us
Calling on the hand of the lord to ashore us
That life will begin to return to us I call it insurance
Amazing praises of holly h2O to gain us back our endurance
Is not to bore us but entitle a new wave for us
To carry on in life with knowledge and respect for those before us
Shedding tears for the sacrifices that were made to help us
Is what bathes us to create us
And there’s no us without them
Them being the gods of our time
Cleaning up our messes to every crime
To whipping away our sins every single time is no lie
But the truth on how to survive
In this world to the next line
Beat after beep dreaming not to fall asleep but to wake up when it’s the right time
That time to shine like the sun with every wined
Forgive me I’m trying for you
For us
For me
I’m trying
I’m trying My Lord
I’m trying
Trying
