Loving you

Sometimes I felt I had won a gold medal
And yet am just a loser lying in the mud
Sometimes I thought I had found my hidden treasure
And yet I only had rugs on my body
I am but confused
Who do I blame?
Destiny, for bringing me to you,
Or you, for being blind
Not seeing my rose eyes?
And yet
I hear you laugh,
But turn a deaf ear to my love
I have, but a word to you my dearest
When these chains of bondage
Numbing my legs to let you go
Breaks,
I die to you
I become ashes
That won't hear you cry
When she, that single moment
Breaks your little heart

About this poem

It's a sad poem in which a female lover cries to her dearest for not accepting her love for him, but rather chooses to be with someone else rather than her.
