Occupied Mind

Keyshia Bowers 1985 (Harrisburg, PA)

Maybe it is just thoughts,
But after while it lingers,
It devours,
It consumes,
Leaving the mind;
Full of desire.
Taking one’s attention..
Dramatically; without force.
Most times
An anxious attachment
Or pure infatuation is considered.
Naturally,
It is heightened excitement,
Pure interest & a whirlwind of emotions.
Constant smiling
A great vibration & butterflies are consistent.
Leaving the mind swarmed with focus
Only on the object of your affection.
The connection
From your emotional attraction
Gradually results into:
an intense state of consumption.
