The note by the door when it’s all over.

Sweet,
hold me in your memories how you would like to
I will be there if my spirit can transcend space.
Love,
it’s been tea and sweets. I would like to impose
on your natural one last time.
Don’t return to wine too fast, let the intoxication of
our love linger. What will remain in the ashes is
worth the pain.
Kiss the kids goodnight.
My explanation to you all will be gentle as
rain carving land.
Let not your tears cause floods.
For now, till then.
