Opposite

Marcus Phelps 1992 (Atlanta)

Life is the opposite of death.
Death is the opposite of life.
The moon is the opposite of the sun,
and I’m the opposite of you.
But together our opposites make one.

Beautiful is the opposite of ugly,
whereas your beauty is off the scale.
And when I look at your magnificent body
it rings like bells,
which makes me want to destroy the “Fiery Pits of HELL!
Oh how I do, for now on see,
where this going.
Not for you, but just for me.
They say you're like the ocean.
Whereas I’m the volcano,
bursting out lava of anger after every fiery eruption.
This is a relationship, making its way towards corruption.

Towards the demise of our love between us
and our eyes see no other one but you and I
Going our separate ways
Finding love in different places.
but I always come back to you.
You're my Ying when I'm your Yang.
Tying into each other but we have Soul Ties
realize that we cant go without lying to ourselves.
True Lies,
TRUTH Lies within our love for each other.
I'm loud, you're quiet
I'm outgoing, you're insided...
but it doesn't matter
because our bond together just shapes and keeps growing forever and ever.
So maybe we're opposites in every single other way
but our LOVE is the same
to keep us SANE!!!
