naked
Why don't you ever tell
me that you fell?
Don't you want my hand,
To rise from the burning sand?
I see your tears when you are strong,
I know you hold them for far too long.
In hopes that i won't see,
Past your weak walls of invulnerability.
But don't you understand?
I want to hold you in the burning sand.
Soothe you as you cry and scream,
Share with me, your nightmare and dream.
Don't you realize?
I want you to shed all walls of lies.
And tell me that you are not fine,
As I confess that neither am I.
