My journey to Greatness

I am the untold legacy of my ancestors.
I stand tall on the skeletons of unfulfilled dreams.
I walk on the giant footprints of broken promises.

She had a dark mind, blinded in something filled with roses and intriguing fragrances;
suppressed by a shadow I could never break free from nor call my own.

It suddenly dawned on me that I lived a life in the fear of illusion; the fear of the unknown.
In my moments of dark clouds, I stumbled upon a dimmed light from within;
a place that still had a little fire burning... It felt like home.

Looking back, the discovery of that light will never be on my option list. I am Me and that is my Superpower.

The Greatness within was written in my destiny long before the point of collision.
