Immaturity

I remember the time
The time when
Hefty decisions I used to take,
Getting secluded used to be my fate,
I cried on the smallest of things,
Getting despised by others used to be the same,
I know even I use to hate myself...

The time
I couldn't even keep a secret,
Thought I was so preeminent,
and used to always get what I yearned for;
I used to boast myself up,
by undermining others

Now these horrifying memories are ghosting me,
Like the ghouls in my dreams,
I thought my excuse of being a child is enough,
but I know even Immaturity has its bounds,
So, I will try to atone it from now on...
