Hide and Seek

Want to play?
Let's run away,
For a game of Hide and Seek.
Just come with me,
And we shall see,
Grand views from mountain peaks.

Let's tip-toe on stars,
And head to Mars,
On the far side of the moon.
Or swim in tides,
They'll never find us,
Deep in oceans blue.

Beyond the tree,
Where no one sees;
Fireflies light the dark.
The frogs will sing,
With cricket strings,
As fires start to spark.

Beyond the walls,
Are waterfalls,
With enchanting rivers winding.
And desert sky's,
Of burning fire,
With sunsets mesmerizing.

Let's wine and dine,
On island time,
Where salty breezes blow.
Or perhaps today,
We'll run away,
For sledding in the snow.

Let's join the beats,
On city streets,
In hopes that someone finds us.
Then start again,
Where the sidewalk ends,
And leave them all behind us.
