Come on nightmares

Hasan Johnson 1980 (Peoria Illinois)

Come on nightmares
I’m not running from you
Let’s get it over with
Last night you tossed me and turned me
I even broke out into a sweat
Come on nightmares
You unlocked my horrible past
Problem is your only temporary
But I’m built to last
I’m not scared
The captain goes down with the ship
This captain keeps the Lord’s Prayer in his mind, in his heart and on his lips
So come on nightmares
I’m ready for you tonight!
You’ve become my alarm clock so I embrace you with excite
I rearranged my schedule so you could sleep with me
You didn’t know that you were needed to help me fulfill my destiny
Come on nightmares
I’m waiting on you
I’m actually looking forward to our time
You help me release the negative from my mind
