SHALL WE DANCE?

SHALL WE DANCE?

Just as the cool evening breeze sweeps the air and caresses the trees,
That's how fast time passes.
The falling leaves and the graciously dancing trees,
Let's call them bittersweet memories.

Understand?

Have some with me,
Sweet ones though.
Have time for me,
Quality one though.

What do you have to offer?

Time passes in a haste,
Yet the memories remain.
But is that all to the story?
Or is there a future glory?

Hmmm...

Some memories should be forgotten,
Like the falling leaves blown out of sight!
The glory yielding ones?
Please feed me with those.

Dance with me!

About this poem

Its a poem using nature to express myself and present my plea. Falling leaves in the poem represent bad memories. Graciously dancing trees represent good memories. At the end, I ask whoever reads it to dance with me. That is, to share good memories with me.
