Heart and Mind

There is no reason why,
And nor is one needed.
There is only how,
And that was a long time coming.

Trust, in all its glory.
Unwavering in its existence,
But not just in you.
In myself.

No words mumbled.
None came without purpose.
Not one more used than was needed,
But every one that was needed was said.

Clarity of heart and mind,
There is no lie in this smile.
Here I am, Full of confidence,
In the very place fear once stood.
