Words are Weapons

@number14 1972 (Los Angeles)

This is the way things have become.
Testing, pushing, taunting.
The antaganist is watching.
Vigilant I stand on guard.
Waiting for the misery to strike.
Not right.
Words are weapons.
Looks are lethal.
Almost time for me to start stepping.
The aggression grows.
Hate.
Animosity.
Resentment
Blindsided by the intent to be sent
to the chopping block.
Tic Toc.
Like a flash, I strike quick.
Silent but deadly is my ammunition.
