Privileged In An Isolated Craze
Lawrence S. Pertillar 1947 (Connecticut)
Truth heard to hear it spoken.
Has left so many hearts,
Torn apart.
Shattered into pieces.
And unable to mend.
To fix again what has been broken.
Truth heard to hear.
And not familiar with it said.
Has had those who speak the truth,
Accused for everything.
From being crazed to being mentally abusive.
And in these days we live in the year 2022.
Everywhere fingers are pointed to others.
Placing blame and fault to claim,
For bursting bubbles and causing trouble.
Just for being too honest and direct.
With a bringing up to mention observations,
That affect the lives...
Of those who deny and lie to themselves.
Yet try to prevent,
Truth to hear to either circumvent.
Or demand all of it presented to be censored.
And yet...
Fiction given consent to it,
Has created mental illness.
Out of control threats causing deaths.
And a pretentious restriction to a reality.
That has unfortunately arrived,
At the doorsteps of the ones...
Buying the guns to protect themselves.
From a delusional way of life,
Kept fenced in, isolated and gated.
To defend their own craze...
Created to have instigated based upon,
Theories and allegations made.
Leaving truth the enemy most fear these days!
Although...
This madness continues to be debated,
As an entitlement to support.
With an endorsing it as one's birthright.
And a privilege to value and uphold!
