I wanted to count ten fingers,
I wanted to count ten toes,
I wanted to give you kisses,
on your little button nose.

You were gone so quickly,
so I will never know.
what it would feel like to kiss you,
on your little angel nose.

About this poem

This poem I wrote for my angel baby. I suffered a miscarriage in 2015.
