Cycles

Rick Wojtala

Free verse
Like the weather politics goes in cycles.
Republicans do things the right way
but hoard the money.
So a Democrat gets in, a fair man.
Helps the poor but makes a mess of policies.
So a Republican gets back in.
And the cycle repeats itself.
