Perfect

He calls me perfect
all the time

My thighs have cuts
From when I’m stressed

My stomach goes out
More than normal

My lips have spots of blood
From when I bite them a little too hard

I eat a little less than normal
So that I will be prettier

So obviously I’m not perfect
Why does he say I am?
