The Writing FSA

The moment we have been waiting all year for.
We are asked to put away our phones and write.
Fifth graders come in for a middle school tour,
and they were the opposite of a delight.
You can trust me when I say the sight was sore,
and all the teachers were afraid that they might-
distract us, and easily lower our grades.
While all hope of passing the FSA fades.
