See Me for who I really am,
Know there’s beauty & peace,
Though your hurt &
ashamed
Giving back what’s stolen by the thief.
Be yourself, a beautiful heart,
Though it’s battered and bruised,
There’s a path to knowing Me,
And it’s yours to choose,
For My love will set you free,
Not only to your soul,
‘Cause I see the child inside,
Then you’ll be out of the cold .
About this poem
This is the reality of the love of Jesus in one’s life. It removes fear and brings the kind of peace that nothing in the world can ever take away. :-)
