No Excuses

Belinda Richmond 1979 (Chicago)

No More Excuses

I am tired of your lies

You are getting no more tries

Its time to say Goodbye

I am tired of your Games

Your excuses are so Lame

You are just not the Same

You think that I'm Insane

No more excuses and No more tricks

Leave me be

And Save them for your Chicks

I Am tired of your lies

I Am tired of your S**t

You think that you're the one

But sorry you ain't  it

You told me you would Change

You wanna work it out

Keep feeding me your lies

Now what's that all about?

Your eyes keep searching

You keep on scheming

You wanna work it out

You better keep dreaming

You promise you would Change

You promise you would Change

I see No proof

So Therefore we can't Hang

Your looking all stupid

You say you gonna lose it

I Am through with your Mess

No Excuses

About this poem

At times, we just get sick and tired of the same Ole Excuses. It comes a time in our lives that we would say Enough is Enough!!
