maze
People suck.
Life sucks.
Some people in my life suck.
From those who act all holy and look down upon others,
To those who want to ruin everything for me.
It feels like a infinite loop of pain,
Like I'm stuck in a maze
And I can't find my way out.
Every corner there is either a trap or a blockade.
Every other corner is just a loop.
I can't escape this maze I'm in.
Through the walls of this maze I can hear the demons.
Through the walls of this maze I can sense more pain.
Through the walls of this maze I can see through the cracks all the monsters in my life.
The monsters who hurt me.
The monsters who hurt my family.
The monsters in my family.
I wonder through this maze as much as I can.
As I do,
I hear the cries of my mother,
I hear the sounds of a machine.
I see the vultures circling
I see the regrets.
I smell blood
And I feel…
I feel nothing..
Nothing but pain, sadness, and guilt.
Pain of the past
Sadness of the present
And guilt for wanting a future.
I'm tired of all the childish games and miscommunication.
I'm tired of those who are a certain way and then they pretend to be different.
I'm tired of those who hurt the ones I love
And they try to act innocent.
I'm tired of those who yell at nothing.
I'm tired of those who want to manipulate others.
And I'm tired of those who say the same thing as everyone else and expect a reaction.
I'm tired of it all
In this maze I'm left to ponder.
In this maze I'm left to wait
In this maze I am nothing
In this maze people are nothing.
As I lay and wonder why
Looking at the vultures circling
Feeling the moon light upon my skin
Smelling the death within.
I lay and wonder..
Why people
Do what they do.
