Free verse
Maybe it is okay he is just that.
Not only a daydream, but an obsession at night.
I have come so far all alone. And I continue to shine
All by myself.
He was just a brief moment, but he continues to live in my mind.
Why would I be ready to move my life for him,
When what we had was everything but love?
