Today I free myself from any hurt, pain or regrets. Today I stand tall knowing and learning my worth. Today I will not live in my shadows but live in my spirit. Today I learned I deserve to be loved not only give it. Today I let go of the trauma, the physical abuse and the pain I have endured for years. Today I want to start loving myself, and let go of my past. Today I want to be a better version of my true self and capabilities. Tomorrow I will wake up and try to believe I can do all of this, but for today I will dream.
