The Heartache

Mom I know you were so young when you slipped away into God's arms and gained your angel wings. Only 57 years young and cancer took you away from your loved ones and the heartache and the pain it still causes all of us today. What we have to remember is that God took  you to Heaven to free you from all of your pain.  There isn't a day that goes by that you are not on my mind.  The heartache of going through the days without you here: is the hardest thing in time.  I feel so empty and lost on each given day, without you here by my side.  I know you are my guardian angle flying high  and guiding me to stay strong to help my loved ones during their difficult times.  It doesn't seem like ten years ago I had to say good bye.  I know that our mother daughter bound that we had will never die. The loving, caring person that you are was a trait that I hold dear to my heart.  I know life goes on and I hope someday I will see you again.
