So-called friend

Remembering the past,

Haunting memories came back,

Those day when I considered

Having a best friend,

Did I expose myself,

Feeling that she would share

With others she wouldn't lay

As days went by,

She wasn't the one whom I thought was,

hurt I felt that she wasn't even a trusty friend,

Neither cared, nor was she interested,

To know who I was,

Never could I trust another,

Regret was all I could feel

For having a friend,

Without even noticing her true colors,

I thanked god for letting me realize,

Before I could have been hurt more.
