How We Met?

**No More Than Friend**
It is so quick how we forget
The very first time we met,
it was the month of June
my feelings for u started to bloom
My heart skipped a few beats
As I tried to catch my breath,
I looked softly into your eyes sparkling
 I knew that very day
that I was in love, but the wrong way.
I stared through those eyes of yours
And thought to myself, I will never be yours.
Our hands are still holding the moment is
 unfolding
We looked at each other so humble and hugging
we introduced each other except u were the one
 actually hearing
i was lost in the dark void of thoughts that
 resembles ur black hair
 yet the constant fear
I kept my feelings deep inside
 to just remain friends
That the love we shared could never be.
 No more than friends,
Which is exactly how it began.
