Beauty that ignites

Day and night
When will I be the beauty that ignites?
Hours and minutes
With no limits
Envisioning how pretty feels
A mini skirt and a pair of heels
Just to punch me back into my feels
Melancholy pervaded deeply into my soul
Leaving an ocean of concerns
I’m not the woman they discern
An hourglass figure
Making ten figures
With a tiny nose made of plastic
How can I breathe?
With lips like that are aneath
Full and pouty lips
No hip dips
Curves for days
Pretty in endless ways
I am slowly sinking
Into the deep goop of despondency
With worry on my mind
How will I be defined?
A brainless Greek goddess
Or a bruised up Barbie?
Eternity and forever
When will I ever
Spread the wings of freedom
And fly away from this atrociousness like a bird?
The piercing glass of beauty stereotypes
Cutting through my gentle heart
Ripping every hope of a better tomorrow
The blood
The blood of every woman whom suffered greatly
I’m thirsty
Thirsty for their acceptance
Again and again
When will I be the beauty that ignites?
