Pork-Tartippilia.

1 thinly sliced ham steak
Cut against the grain.
Pound thin to tenderize
Salt and pepper

Filling
5 tablespoons of cream cheese
4 teaspoon of chopped shallots
5 tablespoons of butter
2 tablespoons of lime juice
2 tablespoons of cilantro
1 teaspoons of cayenne
1 tablespoon of crushed garlic


Flour pork , dust off.
Spread filling in middle out
to the edge.
Roll the pork. Dip in eggwash.
Roll in breadcrumbs.
Deep fry until golden brown.
Bake for 15-20 minutes check for
doneness.
