To Begin

Don't be
so hard on yourself.

Be kind
to yourself.

No one knows
what you've been through

better than
you.

And no one
is going to give you

the kind of love
you deserve

other than
yourself.

Be kind to yourself.
Be good to yourself.
Take care
of yourself.

It may take
some time.

And it may take
some trials and tribulations

to get
to that point.

But believe me
when I say

in the end,

it will be
the greatest gift

you have ever
received.

Be kind to yourself.
Love yourself.

And be patient
with yourself.

You deserve these types
of soft things

and a lot more
than you think.

You know it.
And I know it, too.
