In the deepest of night and loneliest of thoughts,
My mind travels into the mind in search of thoughts
The rhythm and blues my solace and companion
My dreams I saunter in our baptism of fire
In my places ambient atmosphere,the photos of you
I'm on your magical mystery myth
Your love,curves and edges,my mind flips
Wish you could hear my heartbeat
Bleeding and gasping for your presence and touch
In my biggest picture is a photo of you and me
How pretty a damsel you are
The songs of the night birds draw my mind,
To your summer rain voice
The truly sun strips across my bed and to a broken dream of you and me.
About this poem
It talks about the feelings of the poet in the absence of his lover and how the memories shared when together for a major part of his fantasy in her absence.
