Free verse
Persimmons left in a tree
Five for the squirrels maybe one for me
How did it get to be this way
An empty backyard a blank slate
They may never be filled before
The requirements. Paid off cars, solar panels
Where did the time go who are we to know
Made money but still missing
Light time and moonshine
