The Quiet.

Heather Lydia Thornhill 1981 (Manchester)

Her thoughts awoke her in a breezy room.
The surrounding walls were gothically high.
She made tea to calm her nerves of doom.
Instead of a switch, Arch Angel Michael nigh.
"If you need my will to guide you it will", she imagined them both saying, in unison.
All my angels' love is shared in true,
As Jesus', natural love. Crisp and even.
"My love brings calm reassurance to you",
she returned to her slumbering echoes, in such times even replying out loud.
A rhythm of whoooooshes in eased paces,
for now the darkness was at peace. Mellowed.
