THE DREAM
Alone sitting in the meadow.
Feeling lonely and thinking something deep.
Suddenly, a strong wind buffeted
And an audible voice whispered.
“Don’t be afraid.”
I looked around to see whose voice is that.
But I saw nothing.
Then I took a glance in every corner.
Left, right, back and front.
Front?
I saw a figure that is closely acquainted.
A figure formed bright.
Seems like she’s very close to me
That made my nerve calm down.
She talked to me in a very soft voice.
But I’m speechless.
She told me, “I know what you feel.
Don’t think about him too much.
It’s not a big deal.
If you are meant to be,
Then that’s nice.
If you aren’t, don’t worry
There’s somebody else
Who will fill the void in your heart.
He’s only there and waiting for you.”
As the figure slowly disappear,
Her last words was,
“Never lose hope.”
And the voice faded away.
I didn’t know
That I already slept.
I realized that it was all a dream.
When I slowly opened my eyes,
I saw the guy that the girl in my dream told me.
He offered me his hand
And he stood me up.
Now I know that I’m not alone
Because he told me, “I’ve been watching you all the time.”
