Love lost
Sometimes, when a full moon shines and the sky is like black tar.
It reminds me of you, how you shine when I see you but yet so far.
The creatures of the night come out to taunt my soul.
Thriving on whatever is keeping me whole.
Eating away at any bit of positivity I have managed to sustain.
Crying my heart out with agony and pain.
