Other reflections

With power, comes truth and candour,
With injustice, start walking in their shoes,
With shame, protect your innocence,
With pain, likely suffer and carry on.

With joy, laugh like until no tomorrow,
With desire, enjoy a cherished moment, body & soul,
With grief, radiant pain will pass till you figer your rainbow
With dreams, magnets on your fridge as a reminder.

With insecurity, so normal like going on a stage,
With financials, ask yourself 5 times “why”
With eternity, as Walt said, it will come.
With dependency, find and protect the scared child.

With this poem, created as I wrote by,
With a purpose, of sharing true moments as a story,
With what’s important, only you can decide,
With hope, your journey will come by.

P.S.  For all t’ose of us being adopted, no one cares but more important what you did with it….

Gray Zen

Been writing poetry in French and English for some time. Just here to share and learn with this community of writers and poets... my style is inspired by what I live and feel real time and lands on a blank page usually later at night more…
