The Gift of Marriage

Marriage is a gift, bestowed on two people in love,
The joy & grace of which falls from heaven like a dove.
Marriage is not to show you are in any way better,
But it is a forever promise, a life-long love letter.

Some will question marriage and insist love not need such labels,
But the wise will see what marriage can bring and what it can enable.
Two souls sparkling in love, intertwined as one,
Yet brings forth children and a family hath become.

Feel joy & humbleness in one’s marriage, let it not be taken for granted.
Take pride in watching those seeds grow, from the very first day they were planted.
People often say life is short, but eternity is forever.
Let your marriage spell out what your hearts endeavour and always be together.
