Crushing thoughts
There she go
That's the angel I know
What's the change when her true colors start to show?
Will I like her less or will I love her more
For me to know the answers, I have to explore.
Tell her how I feel so I can reach her core
Will her core reflect the feelings that I portray
Or leave me speechless with nothing left to say.
Her presence makes me feel like a king in a throne
Yet my reign over her reduces to a friend zone
Is it worth the the risk asking her to mine alone
Only to resentment that I have never known.
With such a consequence, I really can't rush
But these are the pressures from the thought of my crush.
About this poem
The thoughts that occur in mind due to a single sight of a person I cherish.
