Deepest Blues

When lost within the deepest blues, I searched for tears to cry.
To find my topaz  tears of pain, had run forever dry.
I then surrendered to the blues, then prayed my pain to pass.
The turquoise blues did  finally win, the pain is gone at last.
When love has cause to give you pain, it brings about the blues.
Then one is doomed to live in pain, until the cost comes due.
Believe me friend I tell the truth, you’ll  gladly pay the fee.
To rid your heart of the pain, you’ll do it just like me.
The only thing you’ll surly miss, are tears that you were due.
You’ll never know who cried for you, or felt the deepest blues.
