Found peace in pets

Just by talking to them
Staying in the present
Their  life's biggest present

The cats mere presence
Increased their tolerance
Always benevolent
Now without judgement

A couple of varied interests
Indepth knowledge but no vested interest
Pets now their priority
Everything else secondary

Their destiny tied together
There is no other answer

Simply following Nature's order

Its plight strengthened their ties

Parents to new born
That's how they  views their lot
A lot to learn by observing
They always go only to the deserving

Teacher shows up when student is ready
Cats showed up when life  was in quandrary
I can never share their  happiness
But I completely understand the passion

They have 8 more lives
Meditative they made  life
If the theory of rebirth is true
Theyll come back to them  for sure

Passion now turned to devotion
Loving them more than a fellow human
Day to day spent in the presence
Nothing short of a severe penance

One with the self
Self realized
Cats Aiding in the act
Their duty intact

Quest for company
Now an anomaly
The only reality
Peace and tranquility

Day to day transaction
No other option
Reason for existence
Not in the transaction

Living for others
Is real living
To life adds meaning
Soul cleaned and life defining
